SOFT-WASHING VS. PRESSURE WASHING
At Roof Cleaning Pros & Pressure Washing we take pride in our work, which is why we use soft-wash cleaning for most of our projects. While we do offer pressure washing services, we utilize our soft-wash cleaning system whenever possible because of its multiple benefits.
As your local roof cleaning company we’re committed to providing our customers with the best service possible, and we’re able to do that through our soft-wash cleaning system. While pressure washing initially appears to be effective, our soft-wash system lasts four to six times longer than traditional pressure washing. This is because the soft-wash chemicals actually kill the mold and mildew, while pressure washing simply washes away the visible mold, resulting in a quick return. Another advantage of soft-washing is that it only requires 60-70 PSI (pounds per square inch), which eliminates the risk of damage from high-pressure machines, which produce as much as 5,000 PSI.
If you’re interested in learning about how your roof or exterior surfaces would benefit from soft-washing over pressure washing, then contact RCP today. As your roof cleaning company we look forward to revitalizing the exterior of your home or business.
GET A JUMP START ON SPRING CLEANING
It’s that time of year again…well, almost. Spring is just around the corner, and with the beautiful cool weather we’ve been having here in Luzerne & Lackawanna Counties, as your roof cleaning company we wanted to share some must add to-dos to your spring cleaning list this year. Whether you never miss a big clean, or it’s been on the chore list for a while, there’s no better time to start than right now!
- Clean out your garage. When was the last time your garage looked and felt clean? It’s a big job, but it needs to be done every so often. While you might have grown accustomed to having a garage that’s greasy and cluttered, there’s a nice room hidden in there somewhere.
- Clean out your gutters. Gutters only work when there’s room for the water to move freely. Leaves and other debris can clog the passageways and inhibit the water from being safely ushered away from your home’s walls and foundation.
- Clean your deck or patio. Your outdoor living space is exposed to dirt, water, and debris on a daily basis, which means that it should probably be cleaned on a daily basis too. Since we all have lives to lead, once a year should do the trick. Be sure to thoroughly clean underneath your tables and furniture to get rid of any mold or algae.
When you’re ready to get the big spring cleaning jobs done, like roof or exterior cleaning, don’t hesitate to contact your local roof cleaning company here at RCP. We look forward to refreshing the appearance of your home’s exterior.
